Steps to Place a Bespoke Order:
1. Initial Inquiry:
- Submit your request via email or the contact form, including details about your desired design, materials, and any specific requirements.
- We will discuss your vision and the feasibility of your project, providing guidance on materials and design options.
2. Design Brief:
- You will be asked to provide a clear description of your ideas, along with any reference images or inspirations you have in mind.
- Based on this, we will prepare an initial concept for review, ensuring the design aligns with your expectations.
3. Deposit & Agreement
- A deposit will be required to initiate the design and production process. The exact amount will be communicated once the design and scope of the project are agreed upon.
- After the deposit is received, we will provide detailed sketches or mock-ups for your approval (unless it has already been discussed prior)
4. Production Timeline:
- Once the design is confirmed, we will provide an estimated production and delivery timeline. We take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted pieces and will keep you updated throughout the process.
- Please allow for some flexibility, as bespoke pieces often require time to perfect.
5. Finalization & Delivery:
- Prior to shipping, we will send you photographs of the completed items for final approval.
- Once you are satisfied with the final design, the remaining balance will be due before shipment.
- If you would like to make amendments, we are happy to make up to two changes. Following changes will be charged per hour work (60 eur per hour).
- We will arrange delivery via a trusted courier service to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Important Information:
- Materials: The materials used will be carefully selected based on your preferences and the feasibility of your design. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafting.
- Timeline: We aim to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but bespoke work requires patience and precision. We will communicate any potential delays should they arise.
