Thank you for choosing to rent headpieces from us.
To ensure a smooth experience, please review and agree to the following guidelines.
Once you buy your monthly Rental Subscription you should familiarise with this information:
Your Membership Guidelines for online customers:
- Your 1-month membership allows you to rent up to 4 headpieces from our selection, each with a value of up to €250.
- Please note that the return shipping is not included in this offer.
- Each time you plan to rent from us, you will have to go via the checkout process for each individual headpiece and buy it choosing appropriate shipping option. Indicate RENTAL in the message box.
- NO FREE SHIPPING over 150 eur is granted in this option, so please choose the options we have.
- We kindly ask to return each headpiece after you have worn it to your event to have it back as soon as possible.
- If the item is not returned within 10 days after your membership expires, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit as compensation.
- For customers from the UK we will mark the shipment as sample with a 20 eur value. We will ask you to please send it back and provide us with a tracking number stating a 19 eur value.
- Before shipping, we will send you a detailed image of the headpiece along with a note on any imperfections, if present, to ensure transparency (similar to car rentals).
- If the headpiece arrives damaged and requires repairs, we will assess the situation. Any necessary repair costs for materials or components will be deducted from the price paid for an item before releasing the funds back to you.
- We will not charge for labor. If the headpiece is beyond repair, you may forfeit the entire cost.
- While the headpiece is in your possession, you are responsible for its care. Please avoid exposing it to harsh weather conditions, excessive force, or any environment that may cause damage. Any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges, deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee of up to 25% of the rental charge to cover administrative costs.
- Your 1-month membership allows you to rent up to 4 headpieces from our selection, each with a value of up to €250.
- For each headpiece you will have to pay a security deposit, that will be released once the item is back in the appropriate condition.
- The item has to be returned within the next 4 days but can be prolong in case necessary for extra 10% off the membership price per day i.e. 10 EUR.
