Lead times:

Please note that a new headpiece is going to be created for You based on the design purchased in our website. Each headpiece is made for you personally, therefore minor changes of style can be made according to your wishes (please leave your comment int he appropriate box). 
Very insignificant differences can also be made due to the handmade nature of work and our up-cycling/zero waste approach. 


General manufacturing times: 

We try to create our accessories for you in a timely manner. 
It takes up to 2 weeks to make a headpiece after the order is received. 
Lead times in winter are generally faster and in summer it can be up to 21 days (without shipping). 
Please state the date you need your headpieces to arrive by. 


PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE if you would like to have a headpiece by a particular date that is earlier than our production timescale. 

SHIPPING:

Usually by getting Currier/Expedited shipping option you will guarantee yourself a quicker turnaround.

In case there are any delays with your order (due to lack or delay of getting the right supplies for example) the we will notify you accordingly and find the best solution.

Shipping times:

We offer free shipping with the German Post fand here are approximate shipping times:

It takes 5-10 days for mainland Europe to arrive.
And up to 14-30 days for the rest of the world.

Expedited  shipping with DHL express/TNT/UPS is up to 3-5 days. 

Please always leave your phone number when booking expedited.

RETURNS:

Due to handmade nature of our work we don’t accept returns but can issue a voucher in the purchase amount after an initial purchase is returned to us. 

LIABILITY:

We are not liable for any purchases lost in the post. However we ship with insured postal service and will assist at any step if needed.
